DRESS REQUIREMENTS

IT IS REQUESTED BY THE COMMITTEE THAT MEMBERS WEAR A CLUB SHIRT DISPLAYING THE LOGO OF THE ITALIAN GOLF ASSOCIATION TO ALL GAMES - 

Members and their guests are required to observe the dress code of the respective golf club played. To ensure continued compliance please ensure that you and your guest are neatly and suitably attired and that you adhere to the following dress code:

• Golf shoes with soft spikes (metal spikes are not permitted).
• Tailored pants, slacks or shorts with collared shirt or skivvy tucked in with belt.
• Ladies may wear a shirt out provided it is specifically designed to be worn sitting on the hips. They may also wear ¾ length pants.
• Socks with shorts may be long or short but must be predominantly plain white.

• The following are not acceptable items of dress on the golf course:

• Sandshoes, runners, sneakers, joggers or thongs.
• Trousers tucked into socks unless expressly tailored for the purpose.
• Shorts other than tailored walk shorts.
• Denim of any kind.
• Tracksuits or drawstring pants.
• Shirts without collars and/or unbuttoned below the chest. (Shirts and blouses must be tucked in unless expressly tailored to hang loose).
• Tee shirts, singlets or tank tops.
• Socks must be worn with shoes.
